The Shopify integration connects your Shopify store to Storepass so Storepass can sync products, collections, customers, orders, locations, sales channels, and storefront settings.
Use this integration before creating products, syncing inventory, enabling Shopify store credit, or showing Storepass search and smart pages on your storefront.
Before starting
- Confirm the Storepass Shopify app is installed for the correct Shopify store.
- Confirm Storepass shows the store as connected.
- Open Sync and run the data syncs needed for your workflow.
- Open Product Creation Settings before creating products.
Sync Shopify data
- Sync All: starts a broad product/listing sync.
- Sync Recent Only: syncs recently changed listings.
- Sync Locations: refreshes Shopify locations for inventory and POS workflows.
- Sync Orders: imports order data used by Storepass workflows.
- Sync Customers: refreshes Shopify customers and customer store credit values.
- Sync Collections: refreshes Shopify smart and custom collections used by Storepass search and smart pages.
- Sync Sales Channels: refreshes Shopify publications used by product creation.
Use Shopify features
- Product creation: Storepass creates products from catalog data and publishes them according to Product Creation Settings.
- Search and storefront: Search Settings and Smart Page Builder use synced collections and Storepass storefront theme files.
- Store credit: Shopify store credit can be enabled from POS Settings or Buylist Settings when the app has the required Shopify permissions.
Always make sure the Shopify store handle matches the store you are working in. Syncing or creating products against the wrong store can create confusing data.
