Manage Shopify Collections in Storepass

Shopify remains the place where collection rules and collection membership are managed. Storepass syncs those collections and uses them for search, storefront filtering, Smart Page Builder pages, and collection-aware product displays.

Use Storepass collection settings after the collection already exists in Shopify.

Refresh collection data

1. Open Sync.
2. Click Sync Collections.
3. Use Sync All Custom Collections when custom collection pages need to be refreshed.
4. Use Sync Collection with a Shopify collection ID when you only need one collection.

Assign collections to product lines

1. Open Search Settings.
2. Select the product line.
3. Add one or more Shopify collection IDs in Collection Ids.
4. Use the autocomplete to search synced collections by title or handle.
5. Save the settings.

Use collections in Smart Page Builder

1. Open Smart Page Builder.
2. Create or select a page.
3. Choose the Shopify collection for the page query.
4. Add sections and preview the collection page.
5. Save, then publish when the page is ready.

Changing a collection in Shopify does not always update Storepass instantly. Sync Collections after Shopify collection changes when Storepass settings need the latest collection list.
