Picking Sheets + Packing Slips

Use picking sheets to collect products for Shopify orders, POS carts, or saved carts more efficiently. Use packing slips when you need a printable slip to include with a shipment or handoff.

Picking sheet options are managed from Picking Sheet Settings, where you can choose what information appears and how products are sorted.

Print picking sheets from Shopify orders.
Print picking sheets from POS open carts and orders.
Print packing slips where the order workflow offers them.
Control images, customer information, shipping type, price visibility, and sorting.

Before starting

Review Picking Sheet Settings.
Choose whether picking sheets should show product images.
Choose whether customer/order information and shipping type should appear.
Choose the sort order that matches how staff pick products.

Configure

Show product images: Adds product images to the picking sheet.
Show customer and order information: Includes customer/order details.
Include shipping type: Adds shipping method details.
Include combined picking sheet for multiple orders: Adds a combined sheet when printing multiple orders.
Hide price column: Removes prices from the printed picking sheet.
Order items alphabetically: Sorts products alphabetically.
Group by product line, then order each group alphabetically: Groups products before sorting within each group.
Group by Shopify fulfillment location: Groups Shopify order items by fulfillment location.

Use

For Shopify orders, go to Point of Sale > Shopify Orders.
For POS carts, open Point of Sale and go to Open Carts or Orders.
Select the order or cart you need to pick.
Click Print Picking Sheet or Print Packing Slip where available.
Use the printed sheet to pull products and verify the order.

Review

If the picking sheet is hard to use, adjust the picking sheet settings and print another test sheet before using it for a large order queue.
