Buylist: Set Certain Card Conditions as Hidden for Customers

You can hide specific buylist conditions from customers while keeping those conditions available for staff workflows. This is useful when you only want customers to submit common conditions, such as Near Mint and Lightly Played, but still want your team to manage lower-condition rows internally.

Condition visibility is configured per product line in Buylist Settings.

• All: customers and staff can use the condition.
• Staff Only: staff can use the condition, but customers do not see it as a buylist option.

Before starting

1. Decide which customer-facing conditions should remain available.
2. Confirm the product line already exists in Buylist Settings.
3. Confirm the conditions are named the way you want customers and staff to see them.

Configure

1. Open Buylist Settings.
2. On the Product Lines tab, click the product line you want to change.
3. Scroll to Product Grades.
4. Find the condition you want to hide from customers.
5. Change Visibility from All to Staff Only.
6. Save your changes.

Review

1. Open the Buylist as a customer would see it.
2. Search for a product in the product line.
3. Confirm the hidden condition is no longer offered to customers.
4. Open the buylist in staff mode or review a submission and confirm staff can still manage the condition when needed.

Condition visibility does not create ecommerce variants or change buylist prices. It only controls whether customers can choose that condition on the buylist.
