Buylist Decklist Builder

The Buylist Decklist Builder appears to customers as Bulk Submission. It lets a customer paste a list of cards, review Storepass matches, and add selected matches to the buylist cart in one action.

This is most useful for customers who already have a decklist, collection export, or typed list and do not want to search every card one at a time.

• Pro: Customers can bulk-submit against the first visible buylist product line.
• Enterprise: Customers can choose from all visible buylist product lines in the bulk submission modal.
• Hidden product lines: Hidden product lines do not appear as customer choices.

Before starting

1. Open Buylist Settings.
2. Make sure the product line is visible on the buylist.
3. Make sure the products have current buylist offers.
4. Confirm Hide Bulk Submission is not enabled.

Use

1. Open the customer-facing Buylist.
2. Click Bulk Submission.
3. Choose the product line if a product-line selector is shown.
4. Paste one item per line with the quantity first, such as 2 Lightning Bolt.
5. Click Search.
6. Review the matches, quantities, conditions, and selected printings.
7. Uncheck any line that should not be added.
8. Click Add to Cart.

Review matches

• Duplicate names: Duplicate pasted lines are merged into one row with the combined quantity.
• No match: The row stays unchecked and should be searched manually or removed.
• Multiple matches: Review the selected match before adding it to the cart.
• Condition: Choose the correct condition before adding the item when condition choices are available.

After adding

1. Review the buylist cart totals.
2. Continue searching or submit the buylist when the cart looks correct.
3. If a customer says an expected card is missing, confirm the product line visibility, buylist price, buylist hidden settings, and product search terms.

This feature is the customer-facing buylist bulk submission workflow. It is separate from any Shopify theme Deck Builder snippets used to add products to a storefront cart.
