Disconnecting a listing removes its Storepass catalog connection. Use it when a listing is connected to the wrong product, wrong finish, wrong product line, or stale catalog data that should no longer drive automation.
After a listing is disconnected, you can reconnect it to the correct catalog item or leave it unmanaged by catalog-based workflows.
Before starting
- Open Products.
- Find the listing you want to disconnect.
- Confirm that the current catalog connection is wrong or should be removed.
Disconnect one listing
- Open the listing action menu.
- Choose Remove Data Connection.
- Confirm the action.
- Refresh or re-open the listing to verify it is no longer connected.
After disconnecting
- Reconnect: connect the listing to the correct Storepass catalog product if automation should continue.
- Review pricing: automated pricing may no longer have the same product data source.
- Review finishes: finish warnings may clear because the old connection is gone, but the listing still needs a correct connection if it should be managed.
Disconnecting does not delete the Shopify or BigCommerce product. It only removes Storepass catalog data from the listing.
