Storepass can track language when the source data provides language-specific SKU or variant data. Language support is strongest for workflows that use Storepass catalog/source data and for buylist language display settings.
Use this workflow when your store wants to sell or buy non-English cards while keeping them distinct from English versions.
Before starting
- Confirm the product line and source data include the language you want to offer.
- Open the catalog product and review SKU, variant, finish, and language data when available.
- Decide whether non-English cards should be separate listings, separate variants, or handled manually.
Configure listings
- Open Product Creation Settings.
- Select the product line.
- Update name and SKU templates so language-specific products are clearly identified when your catalog data supports language.
- Preview the product data before creating listings.
- Create or connect the listings from the Storepass Catalog or Products page.
Review pricing and matching
- Source matching: Storepass source data can include language and finish, which helps avoid mixing English and non-English SKUs.
- Pricing: some retail price sources prefer English pricing or exclude customized/alternate-language SKU prices. Review your retail rules before relying on automated pricing for alternate languages.
- Buylist display: multilingual customer-facing buylist text is configured separately in Buylist Settings.
If language is not present in the catalog/source data for that product, Storepass cannot reliably separate it automatically. Use clear manual SKUs or contact support before bulk creation.
