Connect a Board Game

Board game listings can be connected to Storepass catalog data so Storepass can identify the product and keep the listing organized with the rest of your catalog-managed inventory.

Use this workflow when a board game product already exists in your ecommerce platform but is not connected in Storepass.

Before starting

1. Open Products.
2. Select the board game product line or the closest available product line for the listing.
3. Search for the listing by name or SKU.
4. Confirm the listing image, title, publisher, and product details before connecting.

Connect

1. Open the product row or action menu.
2. Use the matching or connection action to find the Storepass catalog product.
3. Select the correct catalog result.
4. Save the connection.

Review

• Connected listing: Storepass can show catalog data alongside the ecommerce listing.
• Wrong match: disconnect the listing and reconnect it to the right product.
• No catalog result: contact support with the product name, publisher, and ecommerce listing link.

Do not force a board game onto a near-match. Board games often have editions, expansions, and publisher differences that should stay distinct.
